Return and Refund Policy

At Cascara Coffee, we prepare every order with care. Since our products are perishable and made fresh, we do not accept returns once an order is served or delivered.

However, if you experience any issue such as:

 

  • Wrong item received
  • Quality concerns at the time of service
  • Payment charged but order not delivered
     

 

Please inform our staff immediately or contact us at operations01@cascaracoffee.in. After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
